WHAT'S HOT

Head Office Go-Live: August 1, 2026

This is the first group of Barry-Wehmiller team members to go live on D365, and everything the project team has been building, testing, and refining is counting down to live.

For the Head Office finance team, that means hundreds of team members will be trained across nine functional areas — Financial Period Close, AP, General Ledger/Fixed Assets, Month End/Year End Closing, Foreign Currency Revaluation, Cash & Bank Management, Treasury Central Cash, Data to OneStream, and Purchase Requisition/PO for non-inventory items, and Invoice Approval.

In the coming weeks, corporate awareness efforts will ramp up. Head office team members can expect communications outlining what's changing, what to expect on go-live day, and how D365 will impact their day-to-day work.

Converting Land: More role demonstrations are coming in May — stay tuned!

Our Change Champion meetings at Ashland and Glory Road brought the energy!  Using our "Converting Land" format — inspired by Candy Land — Champions got a front-row seat watching peers navigate real D365 F&O scenarios across Planning Coordinator, Engineering, and Sales Coordinator roles. Seeing someone who does your job work through the new system is one of the most powerful confidence-builders we have and the feedback proved it. Some of the strongest responses we've received on any project activity.

New Faces

You may notice some new faces added to the project. HSO International is a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner ranked within the top 1% of Microsoft partners worldwide, with experience delivering D365 implementations across industries globally. They have been supporting the Lucca implementation and are now helping to close out open solution items for Green Bay.

Henry Hackl (pictured left) brings deep D365 expertise in advanced warehousing, inventory management, and transportation management. What makes Henry's perspective unique: he started his career as a Warehouse Manager and end-user before becoming a consultant Some fun facts, he’s an Indiana native, Ole Miss alum — Hotty Toddy!  — and dad to three kids.

Jared Kurtz (pictured right) is a 15+ year D365 F&O veteran with broad industry experience spanning medical devices, food packaging, semiconductor processing, and more. His deepest expertise is in supply chain and master planning. Jared is here to help streamline business solutions and get the most out of the D365 F&O ecosystem — and he may also be reaching out as he gets up to speed. Some fun facts about Jared, he’s based in Denver, avid hiker and mountain climber, and somehow also manages two dogs and three cats.

Give them a warm welcome when you connect!

Receiving Process An end-to-end process walkthrough was completed with both the Ashland and Glory PVS teams. Look for an update on the follow-up in next month’s newsletter.

Warehouse Staging Multiple sessions have been held with the warehouse team where cross-warehouse staging incorporating procurement and the transfer order process.

May is a big month for the technology track. Head Office testing runs May 4–18, with the team validating follow-up test cases and end-to-end business scenarios. At the same time, DM8 data cleansing has a hard deadline of June 1 — this one can't slip, so please prioritize it now if you haven't already.
