WHAT'S HOT

Go-Live Date

Following User Acceptance Testing 2, the scope of work remaining requires more time than our April 1 target date allows. We are delaying the go-live date by approximately 60-90 days to either June 1 or July 1, 2026. Once we complete the remaining development work, we will communicate the confirmed go-live date.

PEOPLE

Thank You to Our Testing Team

A heartfelt thank you to all team members who participated in User Acceptance Testing. Your hard work helped us validate solutions and gain valuable insights into how our new processes will work. Key users are now better positioned to visualize the changes ahead, which is a significant accomplishment.

What This Means for You

  • Train-the-Trainer sessions will be rescheduled
  • End User Training will be postponed
  • Leader Readiness Sessions will continue as planned—these remain valuable for developing change leadership skills beyond Project Amplify
  • Lucca timeline updates will be shared once we finalize the overall schedule

TECHNOLOGY

System Stability & Performance Testing

Performance testing wrapped up after intentionally creating system lag to gather meaningful data. The results are helping our technical teams identify optimization opportunities and define specific support requests for Microsoft. Good news: system stability is expected to normalize now that testing is complete, and the T5 environment will remain available for continued validation work.

Defect Resolution in Progress

Our technical teams are working through approximately 190 open items, including solution defects, security and access issues, process clarity gaps, and data quality concerns. The focus is on closing and finishing—not adding new scope. Each item is being classified as critical or nice-to-have to ensure we're prioritizing what matters most for a stable go-live.

Data Migration Milestone

Data Migration 7.5 is officially closed and reconciled, including GRNI and inventory! The team is now planning a corrected reload (7.6) of January data to address identified adjustments. Additional work continues on vendor bank data accuracy, final reconciliation rounds, and cutover planning aligned to our revised timeline.

Reporting & Analytics Moving Forward

Despite the timeline shift, our Inspire reporting teams continue making progress. AP aging, inventory, and cost analytics are being integrated and refined based on early user feedback. The goal? Deliver live analytical value before ERP go-live to improve adoption readiness and give our teams a head start on data-driven decision making.

PROCESS

We've identified opportunities to strengthen the solution, improve data quality, and deepen organizational understanding of new process flows. The scope of this remaining work includes:

  • Performance Testing
  • User testing of new and refined solution features
  • Training material refinement and validation
  • Data cleansing efforts

GREEN BAY

Staging Solution Goes Live

The staging solution is now live in T5 and ready for broader user testing! Teams across Green Bay, Lenexa, and Lucca will begin validating location setups, inventory movement, and warehouse processes next week. This is a critical milestone that brings us closer to a production-ready system.
