Organizational Announcement:

Enterprise Application Services team moves to Enterprise Transformation Programs

To: DL BW IT Associates (All)

From: Bonnie Duddleston, Vice President, Enterprise Transformation Programs

BW IT Team,

We're excited to announce a new addition to the amplify ERP Transformation team! This week, Enterprise Applications Services, led by Claude Stoltz, joins Enterprise Transformation Programs under my leadership.

As part of his team's move to its new home within Enterprise Transformation Programs, the current structure that reports to Claude will remain unchanged: Don Hanson, Infor XA Support Leader, will continue to lead his nine-member team, and will continue to report to Claude.

Meanwhile, with this move, Claude’s focus will shift to these three key areas:

1. Sustaining XA Support Operations: Claude will continue leading the XA Support Team while leveraging their expertise to assist with upcoming Amplify migrations. This includes mapping, data cleansing, and application analysis, ensuring continuity of XA support throughout.

2. Building the D365 Enterprise Support Team: In addition to his current support of Amplify cutover planning, Claude will be defining and establishing the future D365 Enterprise Support team. This new team will encompass support for F&O, PLM, and CE, and will scale as more business units migrate to D365, with a strong emphasis on meeting SLA commitments.

3. Partnering for Excellence: The Enterprise Applications Services team will partner with a managed services partner to provide first-class D365 support to our global team members across the US, Europe, and Asia. The team will focus on break/fix, continuous improvement, application services, and small enhancements.

Claude’s 29-year career with Barry-Wehmiller includes a long history of delivering enterprise-level projects, dating all the way back to BW’s first Infor XA deployment at our Hall Street facility in St. Louis. We are looking forward to the expertise and excellent synergy that he and his team will bring to Enterprise Transformation Programs.

Please join me in welcoming Claude to support our Enterprise Applications Services team and being an essential part of our BW transformation journey.

Vice President, Enterprise Transformation Programs
