Hello, Design Group Team Members,

We are in the process of replacing our current email security system, Proofpoint, with Abnormal Security. This is part of a tiered rollout, as we prepare to replace Proofpoint with Abnormal at all BW locations by late October. 

Design Group team members will go live on Abnormal beginning Monday, September 29. (It might take a day after September 29 to be fully in place.) 

Very Important: 

Once live, check Graymail and Junk Email folders frequently! 

Junk Email is also a new folder in your Outlook folders list, where junk email is sent. This replaces the Proofpoint Digest that you used to receive. 

Graymail is now a folder in your list of Outlook folders, where bulk e-mails are sent. This could include:

• Newsletters
• Promotions
• Marketing or sales emails
• Social media notifications

Please read the details in the attached guide about training Abnormal to give you the best possible results as we go forward with this new solution.
