As part of the Network Security – BW Wireless Access Hardening initiative, you have been designated to take inventory of all non-workstation devices connecting to the BW_Enterprise wireless network, oversee the required configuration changes (including updating devices to use true MAC addresses) so they can be properly identified, and track and report updates to the project team as changes occur. 

Please note you will receive an invitation to our weekly status calls. If you have a conflict that keeps you from attending one or more calls, please be prepared to update Carlos Silva, the Project Manager, prior to the call. 

These actions are required by April 30, 2026.

1. Please list the following non-workstation devices that are connecting to BW Enterprise in your facilities. Start by finding your designated Spreadsheet for your platform here. Download the sheet and use it to record inventory of the following devices:
   • Vendor laptops, vending machines, BW-provided phones, handheld devices, wireless printers, tablets, and scanners.
2. Then, using these instructions, make these changes according to the devices described.
