Welcome to the First Edition of IT Connect!

We’re excited to introduce IT Connect, a new quarterly newsletter designed to keep our entire IT community informed, inspired, and connected. Through enhanced communication channels, we want to strengthen our collaboration across all of IT, whether your role is in platform, division, or part of a global function. Below is a short list of presentations led by BW Global IT team members, plus a link to the talk given by Amber Stollfus, Director, Digital Services and Solutions for BW Converting.

Don’t Outsource Your Career Choices

Just doing a great job isn’t enough to get promoted to a leadership role. You have to own your career plan. Don’t outsource it to your leaders—it’s your career, not theirs. Their role is to help you get there.

Frank Lanuto, CIO

Do you have questions for Frank about his perspectives on BW’s path to ’32, career development within BW IT, or what’s on the horizon for BW IT?

Use this form to let us know! Frank will answer questions in our November 12 Global IT meeting, or in the next edition of IT Connect.
