IT Proudly Plays a Part in the Realize Leadership Acceleration Cohort 

We are proud to share that two of BW IT’s own, Mitch Wyatt, IT Director at Machine Solutions, Inc. (MSI); and Will Henry, Data Center Services Director, successfully completed the very first BW Realize Leadership Acceleration Cohort program! 

This program identifies and equips emerging leaders with the skills, strategic acumen, and enterprise mindset needed to succeed in senior roles in BW. 

Each member cultivates a project to work on during their time in the program. The cohort began in August 2024 and concluded in September 2025.

BW Teams Gain Key Insights on Automation and AI During Amazon Fulfillment Center Tour

In September, close to 20 IT team members (joined by a few BW team members outside IT) toured a massive Amazon fulfillment center near St. Louis to review operations, automation, AI, and the facility’s IT department.

Ever wondered how Amazon’s fulfillment centers achieve lightning-fast efficiency? On their tour, team members witnessed cutting-edge automation, AI-powered operations, and a fascinating approach to workflow. 

The BW Innovation Event 2025 was held over the summer. More than 500 BW team members tuned in to one or more intriguing sessions to hear about the innovative things taking place here at BW.
