Hello BW Team Members,
We're pleased to announce that on Monday, October 13, the IT Change Control process will go live in our new Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM) solution.
You are receiving this email because, over the past couple of years, you have had some participation in IT Change Control, either as a change requester, a sponsor, or an implementer within BW Enterprise or BW Packaging.
Here's what you need to know about the change:
Current RFC Application:
The existing Request for Change (RFC) application will remain available in read-only mode for:
- Accessing historical records
- Completing open change requests
After Monday, October 13, all new change requests must be submitted through the new JSM solution.

Please complete the ClickLearn training for your role(s).
Choose the training materials that correspond to your role:
- Change Requester
- Sponsor
- Change Advisory Board (CAB) Member
- Change Manager
- Implementer
