Organizational Announcement:

Organizational changes in Amplify Enterprise Transformation Program moves focus from design phase to deployment phase

To: DL BW IT Associates (All)

From: Bonnie Duddleston, Vice President, Enterprise Transformation Programs

As we move from the design phase of the Amplify ERP implementation into the initial stage of the deployment phase, we are making significant changes to the Amplify team led by Bonnie Duddlesten, VP of Enterprise Transformation Programs. This restructuring organizes members into key areas of responsibility, allowing each functional team more flexibility and agility in meeting the demands of deployment and continued improvement.

Effective now:

Ram Srinivasan, Director of Enterprise Architecture, will transition from his Workstream 1 Lead role while intensifying focus on the custom development of Microsoft integrations and application security. Notably, Kiru Rajeswaran, Enterprise Applications & Integrations Team Leader, will now report up through Ram. He brings his direct report Yoshma Kondepati to this newly formed team as well. Chris Auxier, D365 Technical Architect, our resident expert, with his direct report Kavin Dhanapal will now report up through Ram. Ravi Sudalaimuthu, IT Change Control Leader and Lisa Thomas, Senior Application Security Analyst, will also move into the Enterprise Architect team.

Rich Faber, Strategic ERP Leader for Product Design & Life Cycle, brings along his WS2 to form the Enterprise Engineering team. As such, he leads a team of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution architects, engineers and developers to provide engineering technology, configuration and governance to support our engineers and to provide the business seamless integration for their day-to-day operations.

Barbara Seale, the Innovation Leader of the Packaging platform, moved into her role as Director of Enterprise Process Definition, now a member of the Amplify/Enterprise Transformations team. Her extensive ERP Implementation experience and her success in implementation of Innovation programs for the Packaging platform will infuse the optimization of our end-to-end business processes as well as the facilitation of process adoption. She will drive the global process design and will lead a team of ten process experts who formerly reported directly to Bonnie.

Cédric Ruder, Strategic ERP Leader, Plan to Produce & Mfg/Warehouse Operations, will add the Enterprise Deployment leader for Europe role to his responsibilities. Elena Casotti (ERP Process Expert, Procure to Pay) and Sonja Popović (IT ERP Process Expert I) will now be in his span of care.

Claude Stoltz will remain in his role as Director, Enterprise Application Support. As you’ll remember, in July, his team, Enterprise Applications Services, joined Enterprise Transformation Programs under Bonnie’s leadership. Claude’s focus will be on partnering with platform IT and business functions to deliver enhancements, and on providing XA support services. In addition, Claude and the XA team will continue to support the Amplify team across several areas.

Effective November 3, 2025

Amit Nene, ERP Director for BW Packaging, has been promoted to Sr. Director of Enterprise Business Applications, reporting to Bonnie. Over the past years, he has optimized many of the packaging platform processes and led the single Amplify CE elevation initiative. Amit will lead a team of solution architects in designing Microsoft Dynamics CE/FS and F&O solutions. Ben Metzler, Sue Nessman, and Susan Moore will now report to Amit.

In addition, two team members who’ve been supporting the BW Packaging D365 CE/FS Leapfrog solution, Andy Slettum (CRM Leader)and Stacy Galler (Customer Engagement & CPQ Solutions Analyst) will also move into the Enterprise organization and continue reporting to Amit. This move optimizes BW’s Dynamics Customer Engagement (CRM & Field Service) support structure and lays the groundwork for the eventual Amplify CE solution.

Going forward, Amit will continue building his team to serve as our internal experts and expanding our capabilities now and into the future.

I am excited to have our new leaders on board, and look forward to the development of their teams, optimization of our process, and leveraging of our technology to amplify our ability to achieve our BW vision.

Join this transformation journey and congratulations to all.
