BWC Plymouth UK (67) Production Environment:
Infor XA Master Data Management Security Change
On January 19 – at about 7 pm in Plymouth, UK (1 PM Central time [U.S.]) – we will update Infor XA security access settings in the BWC Plymouth, UK (67) production environment to be effective January 20. Other XA environments will not be affected by this maintenance.
- The update will limit who has permissions to edit and add XA master data (customer master, vendor master, IFM entity).
- It will also address the “green screen” access for those areas.
- This security measure will improve the current state, allowing us to better manage the master data maintenance process and eliminate risk for lost data, in support of our master data management initiatives.
Most users will not be affected by this change.
NOTE: If you experience issues accessing master data management maintenance capabilities after the update on January 20, please submit a ticket to the IT Service Desk with a subject line of XA MDM Security Issue. This will get routed to the correct team for support.
