As part of our commitment to protecting BW’s sensitive data, beginning Friday, October 10, BW will restrict access to the attached list of non-BW-approved AI websites. This list represents AI sites that were visited by fewer than 10 BW team members over a span of 90 days, and therefore are considered non-essential for our business.

You are receiving this email because, according to our records, at some point between June 19 and September 21, 2025, you accessed at least one of the sites that is listed. Therefore, we wanted to let you know that once these restrictions go into effect, attempting to reach any of the listed sites from a BW PC will not be possible, and you will receive a blocked-page message. 

Use These Generative AI Resources Instead

As explained in BW’s Use of Public Generative Artificial Intelligence Services Policy,

• Microsoft Copilot is the recommended generative AI service for use by BW team members.
• If Copilot does not meet your business needs, then try Claude.ai.
• Copilot and Claude.ai are the only two generative AI resources approved by BW. 

Reducing the number of AI sites BW team members can access from their BW PCs will play an important role in 1) preventing unauthorized sharing of sensitive company information, 2) preventing data breaches, and 3) ensuring compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
