Be aware that tomorrow, July 25, at 7 pm Central daylight time, through 3 am CDT on Monday, July 28, some applications will be unavailable due to system maintenance.

File Locator*
- While performing the system maintenance, we will also use this time to update the File Locator to require team members to log in through Okta before using the application for the first time each day (as opposed to the current requirement to log in only for certain tasks).
- The change to File Locator is being made in an effort to standardize our login procedures across applications. Note that Okta will remember you across sessions, so you won’t have to log in every single time (Okta’s session lifetime is four hours when you’re on the BW network, two hours when you’re not). The new login screen will look like this:
