Dear BW team members,

I am incredibly proud to share that the revised and expanded edition of Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family, the book I coauthored with Raj Sisodia, will be released on October 21, 2025. Because the 2015 edition was such a success— selling more than 110,000 copies! —our publisher invited us to add a section to the book, capturing our learnings over the last decade.

WHAT THE BOOK’S ABOUT: Many of you are familiar with the original 2015 edition. The first part, The Journey, chronicles my transformation from manager to leader and the inspiration for Truly Human Leadership. The second part of the original book, The Playbook, shares how to actually bring it to life in an organization. 

The new third part, The Future, is about the deep impact Truly Human Leadership can have on the lives of people every day. The 72 new pages cover: 

• BW’s growth since 2015—we’ve doubled in size—“adopting” more than 50 more companies and increasing our revenue from $1.7B to $3.5B
• Insights about the expansion and impact of our leadership message and society’s growing call for Truly Human Leadership 
• Our focus to instill and expand our culture internally plus strategies to keep the company strong and stable
• My son Kyle Chapman’s vision to carry on our family legacy and prove to the world that business can be a force for good when focused on creating human and economic value in harmony
• A look at BW’s outreach initiatives to spread our culture and leadership message to the education sector, communities and other businesses
