Using BWU’s Learning Navigator , a new online tool, leaders can input their Leader Category and quickly determine the right learning and behaviors to improve their leadership—for our team members, their business and the organization.

Locating the right training with BWU’s Learning Navigator is easy!  

Simply follow the Learning Navigator prompts to locate your Leader Category (via Workday), then select your Leader Category in the Navigator and explore training based on the Leader Commitment(s) you wish to develop. Sign up today!

Now that you have a tool to help you locate the right training for you, we challenge every BW leader to sign up for at least one In-Person, Live-Virtual or Self-Guided offering today!

Together, you can work to establish the right goals that not only support the team’s, business’ and organization’s goals, but also helps your team members understand how they contribute meaningfully to our shared purpose.
