Click the Leader Learning Level tab at the top of your Performance Profile. [perhaps put the carrot or arrow between each direction.]

Become familiar with the specific behaviors and actions to help you fully embody the Leader Commitments

How can you truly live up to the Leader Commitments and be a Truly Human Leader? It helps to know the specific behaviors to aspire to each day, based on your Leader Category. More Tips for Truly Human Leaders

TO DO:

Goals are due in Workday by 31 December 2024 (or earlier if you or your leader have established another deadline). That means it is time to define and develop your own goals and, if you have team members in your span of care and are holding Goal Setting conversations, schedule those very important conversations with them soon. Remember, all Goal Setting resources can be found on bw.care/performancecycle.

TO SHARE:

Recently, BW President Kyle Chapman was a guest presenter for a BWU “Business Insights” webinar during which he provided a brief overview of Barry-Wehmiller, an update on the business, and what he’s most excited about in FY25 and beyond. If you attended, you know what an informative and lively conversation it was. If you weren’t able to attend, here’s a recording of the Business Insights with Kyle Chapman webinar. If you have team members in your span of care, please share it with your team so that they too can be informed and inspired by Kyle. (We regret that the video is only available in English. However, a new BW State of the Business video, with much of the same information, will be distributed to all team members in early December.)

TO CONSIDER:

When leaders partner with team members to develop goals in alignment with current priorities, team members are 6.7 times more likely to feel motivated to take action at work and 5.2 times more likely to say, “Working here brings out my best ideas.”
