The Mid-Year Discussion phase of the FY25 Performance Cycle is officially underway for most of the organization. If you’re organization is in scope, are those in your span of care beginning to evaluate progress toward their goals and Expectations? Help your team and yourself navigate the process using the resources found on bw.care/performancecycle.

TO SHARE:

Forward a recent “BWU for You!” campaign email to your team and ask them to explore the BWU Learning Center and find a learning—in-person, live-virtual or self-guided–that interests them. Research shows direct leaders have the most influence on those in their span of care so get your team engaged with the new BWU to help them grow!

TO CONSIDER:

Fewer than 20% of BW’s leaders have participated in a BWU offering thus far in FY25. Remember the “More than Before” Challenge asking all BW leaders to engage in at least one more learning than during FY24? Log in to BWU at bw.care/learn (via Workday) and sign up for something today!
