More Tips for Truly Human Leaders

TO DO:

If your platform or business is participating in the Mid-Year Discussion phase of the Performance Cycle and you’re a leader with a formal span of care, make sure to get discussions scheduled with your team as the deadline for completion of all Mid-Year Discussions is May 4.

TO SHARE:

Fostering a culture where “Everybody Matters” isn’t just a belief—it’s something all team members are expected to actively demonstrate every day. Discuss with those in your span of care the information recently received about BW Inclusion and the brand-new webinar being offered to help team members understand what that means at BW. The “Everybody Matters” Approach to Inclusion webinar is May 15 & May 22. Team members can read more and sign up HERE. (Currently only available in English.)

TO CONSIDER:

A Gallup study found that leaders in a leadership best practices training course experienced up to 22% higher engagement than non-participants. In addition, the teams led by those participants saw engagement rise by up to 18%. (What is “engagement”? It is an indicator of the level of commitment and passion that one has for their work, their organization and their colleagues.)
