The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), a human resource consulting firm, had planned for BW Chairman Bob Chapman to give a keynote on Truly Human Leadership to 600+ human resource leaders in early April. After Bob’s sudden passing, BW CPO Rhonda Spencer stepped up to deliver the speech on Bob’s behalf. Integrating video clips from Bob’s final interview, Rhonda delivered a stirring keynote that paid tribute to our late Chairman’s message while inspiring and educating the i4cp audience.
