BW Chief People Officer Rhonda Spencer honors Bob Chapman through keynote at premier human resource conference

The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), a human resource consulting firm, had planned for BW Chairman Bob Chapman to give a keynote on Truly Human Leadership to 600+ human resource leaders in early April. After Bob’s sudden passing, BW CPO Rhonda Spencer stepped up to deliver the speech on Bob’s behalf. Integrating video clips from Bob’s final interview, Rhonda delivered a stirring keynote that paid tribute to our late Chairman’s message while inspiring and educating the i4cp audience. Opportunities to honor Bob

Bob received expert care throughout his illness at Siteman Cancer Center at Washington University in St. Louis, MO (US). For anyone who wishes to honor him in this manner, optional memorial donations may be made to Myeloid Malignancies and Leukemia Research in his memory.

Congratulations to Chris for receiving an award for Optimizes Work Processes. His nominator Scott Dahlke said "Chris has done a fantastic job helping us get our teams aligned on the part-movement process. He trained other assemblers how to use the system effectively and held others accountable to the process. This has led to fewer missing parts, more work lined up for our assembly team and fewer disruptions in the assembly process."
