BARRY-WEHMILLER & PLATFORM NEWS

Amplify, BW’s ERP, celebrates major milestone!

On August 3, BW Corporate Finance (US) and BW Forsyth Partners Head Office officially went live on D365 F&O, with nearly 150 team members now on the platform—a major milestone and proof point for the rollouts that will modernize, standardize and streamline operations.

Amplify—BW’s name for our ERP (enterprise resource planning system), powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365—is the largest technology initiative in BW’s history.

This first deployment is off to a strong start: payment runs, ACH transactions and check processing all executed successfully. Manual AP approvals have been replaced with automatic workflows, and a new global chart of accounts is rolling out. Next stop: BW Converting in Green Bay, WI (US), our first manufacturing site to go live, followed by Lucca, Italy.

Teams make a meaningful difference in communities across the organization

Teams are turning collaboration and compassion into meaningful community impact. Team members supported local causes through hands-on service, including BW Papersystems preparing more than 424 pounds of produce for Fresh Meals on Wheels in Sheboygan, WI (US), CARR Biosystems organizing food donations at Feeding Tampa Bay, FL (US), BW Converting leaders building six bicycles for the Boys & Girls Clubs in Green Bay, WI (US) and BW Corporate preparing and serving meals to 130 guests through two events at St. Peter & Paul Church in St. Louis, MO (US). The Machine Solutions Flagstaff team also hosted its 48th annual Run & Walk for Kids, benefiting Northern Arizona Healthcare’s Children’s Health Center. Although these events took different forms, each created a valuable opportunity to serve, connect and make a difference.
