Kyle Chapman talks about BW's future and carrying his father's legacy forward

On a recent episode of the Truly Human Leadership Podcast, BW Chairman and CEO Kyle Chapman talks about the loss of his father, Bob Chapman, and how he plans to channel that loss into action in carrying Bob’s legacy forward. BW Converting partners with Rolling Tissue to drive strong performance

In 2023, BW Converting supported Rolling Tissue, LLC in launching its Miami, FL (US), production facility with a complete converting and packaging solution. During a recent open house held in conjunction with Tissue World Miami, the teams watched the line in full operation and celebrated the partnership behind it. “The systems are user-friendly, and the support we receive from BW Converting is excellent,” Ramon Godoy, Plant Manager, Rolling Tissue, said.

BW Packaging launches new unified website

BW Packaging recently launched a new website that brings brands, solutions and expertise together in one streamlined experience. For the first time, multiple BW Packaging websites have been combined into a single online platform, making it easier for customers to find the right information—and the right solution—faster. New features include a product finder, expanded product information, success stories and improved navigation.

BW Papersystems relocates Brazil operations to new expanded facility

BW Papersystems in Brazil has moved to a larger, purpose-built facility at Polo 40, Vargem Grande Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil. More than a change of address, this move marks a new chapter in BW Papersystems commitment to customers. The enhanced facility strengthens logistics, technical support and collaboration—enabling even greater service, responsiveness and operational excellence.

Congratulations to Angela for receiving an award for Drives Results. "Angela constantly has a proactive approach with outstanding work ethic. She goes above and beyond her normal daily tasks to get results immediately, no matter how challenging," says her nominator Mason Lewis. "Angela easily navigates hurdles such as obsolete parts or finding alternatives to achieve better lead times and avoid project delays. I know I can rely on her to get the results needed to satisfy customer needs and requests."

Shine the Light Award: Mario Puelo, BW Packaging-Akron

Congratulations to Mario for receiving an award for Customer Focus. His nominator Steve Dawes said, "In our recent project, Mario was focused on preparing the machine for our customer and volunteered to lead the installation. Mario's initiative showcased his commitment to the project and even more his commitment to the customer. Mario had a direct impact on the success of the equipment in the field and worked through any obstacles like a seasoned field service technician."

Create Outlook rules to keep your inbox organized

Did you know Outlook can automatically sort your emails? With Rules, you can move messages from specific senders, subjects or distribution lists into folders, helping keep your inbox organized. To create a rule: Right-click an email. Select Rules > Create Rule > choose the condition (such as a specific sender) > select the destination folder > save the rule. Once set up, Outlook will automatically organize future emails that match your criteria. This is especially helpful for newsletters, automated updates, reports and recurring notifications.
