BW Converting partners with Rolling Tissue to drive strong performance

In 2023, BW Converting supported Rolling Tissue, LLC in launching its Miami, FL (US), production facility with a complete converting and packaging solution. During a recent open house held in conjunction with Tissue World Miami, the teams watched the line in full operation and celebrated the partnership behind it. “The systems are user-friendly, and the support we receive from BW Converting is excellent,” Ramon Godoy, Plant Manager, Rolling Tissue, said.

BW Papersystems relocates Brazil operations to new expanded facility

BW Papersystems in Brazil has moved to a larger, purpose-built facility at Polo 40, Vargem Grande Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil. More than a change of address, this move marks a new chapter in BW Papersystems commitment to customers. The enhanced facility strengthens logistics, technical support and collaboration—enabling even greater service, responsiveness and operational excellence.

"Angela easily navigates hurdles such as obsolete parts or finding alternatives to achieve better lead times and avoid project delays. Congratulations to Mario for receiving an award for Customer Focus. His nominator Steve Dawes said, "In our recent project, Mario was focused on preparing the machine for our customer and volunteered to lead the installation. Mario's initiative showcased his commitment to the project and even more his commitment to the customer. Mario had a direct impact on the success of the equipment in the field and worked through any obstacles like a seasoned field service technician."
