Vignesh Rajasekar Murugesan

Chennai, India

Nominator Joel Vinoth Singh Selvasingh Cliford shared:

“Vignesh has made significant contributions to the Regeneron Smart P&ID preparation project for over a year, and the Chennai leadership and I appreciate his dedication. His attitude and confidence during the early stages of the project were the prime motivators to get the project executed in Autodesk plant P&ID, which turned out to be the right decision. He played an integral role in maintaining and updating custom tool palettes tailored for this client. He regularly communicated with Autodesk's helpdesk to ensure adherence to proper procedures, demonstrating a proactive approach in seeking assistance and anticipating project needs. For the first time, multiple professionals collaborated on Smart P&ID preparation inside Autodesk Construction Cloud, and he ensured that all lists generated from the drawings complied with the required standards and were produced automatically. Throughout various stages of the project, he consistently worked extended hours and exhibited strong commitment to the project's success. Vignesh took complete ownership and refined the workflow so that other team members could quickly adapt and complete their tasks on schedule. Thank you Vignesh!”

John Hendrix

Alpharetta, GA USA

Nominator Jesse Manders shared:

"I am continually impressed by John’s perseverance and professionalism in the face of extraordinary challenges at the QCells project in Cartersville, GA. Day after day, he delivers results for one of the toughest clients we have ever worked with, overcoming constant roadblocks, indecision, and misinformation. What began as a full I&C team gradually diminished until John was the sole representative onsite, stepping into the role of Gray I&C site manager while continuing to perform—and often exceed—the duties of a controls engineer. He willingly takes on tasks outside his traditional role, tackling each with skill, determination, and a positive attitude. He is extremely responsive and helpful to others despite being constantly bombarded with new tasks and responsibilities, yet he retains a good attitude and is easy to work with. John’s commitment has kept the project moving forward and has earned the appreciation and respect of everyone involved. His dedication is a shining example of what it means to drive results under the most demanding circumstances."

Ella Woolley

Nottingham, UK

Nominator Sam Lowe shared:

I would like to nominate Noella for a shine the light award, for her hard work and dedication to achieve great service sales/parts revenue with the sale of preventative maintenance plans. During FY25 she sold 112 plans (target was 95) which generated circa 500k of revenue for the Nottingham business, and off the back of this service work we generated circa 100k in additional parts quotes (this was only monitored during Q4). Already in FY26 she has she has sold 38 plans generating circa 200k. I feel that the work she has done has also had a positive impact on the department utilization as with out this maintenance work we would have had engineers with a lot more down days. The other point i would like to get across but i could only tick one box above is her team work, on a personnel level I have taken on additional responsibility's and sites in the business, Noella has and is still helping me a lot with trying to get processes aligned and has also been happy to help work with other team members in these branches with training and support in system usage. I feel she that without this continued support from her my job would me much more difficult, and i feel very lucky to have has on my team.

Aldo Fanelli

Clearwater, FL USA

Nominator Spencer Mays shared:

"Over the past year, Aldo's work on the U2k module project has been exemplary. He has navigated many challenging situations, primarily the installation and qualification of a clean room in our facility. As Aldo has led this project, he has pushed people to meet timelines, and accomplish their tasks effectively. Pushing people to achieve challenging results can often lead to tension within the team, but throughout the project Aldo has maintained a positive and supportive attitude. When team members expressed concerns or ran into challenges, Aldo always tries to find a solution. Through his honest and thoughtful communication, Aldo built trust within the team. This trust led to team members feeling comfortable and empowered to step out of their comfort zone and do the work that needed to be done for us to be successful as an organization. Every team member that has worked with Aldo on this project recognizes his commitment to them, and to the organization. While there will certainly be a positive revenue impact from this project, it has also cemented Aldo as a dependable, fair, and supportive teammate. The trust that he has built with his teammates will help us achieve our vivid vision. I am proud to have Aldo in my span of care. I believe his attitude and ability makes him a great asset to our team, and a worthy recipient of this reward."

Jacob Darling

Loveland, CO USA

Jacob played a critical role in the successful startups of Prime Pals, Simmons Pet, and Prime Depals, while also providing valuable support to Buffalo Rock, Nestlé, and numerous additional field assignments.
Jacob’s efforts have had a direct and positive impact on our locations’ throughput, performance, and credibility in the market. His technical expertise, reliability, and collaborative approach have made him a trusted partner across teams. In fact, many customers specifically request Jacob’s involvement in their projects—a clear reflection of the confidence he inspires and the value he delivers.
Jacob consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to flex, adapt, and push through challenges to ensure project success, regardless of headwinds. His commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction makes him an asset to both our organization and our clients.
Thank you, Jacob, for your consistent hard work, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done right."

Todd Simoens

Green Bay, WI USA

Nominator Alison Stillings shared:

"I am continually impressed with Todd's commitment and attention to safety at Cofrin Drive. Todd continues to bring safety up in a proactive manner while tailoring his language to his audience, which is critical when working with our team members on the shop floor. Even more impressive, despite Cofrin now having an onsite safety leader, Todd has continued to drive safety with his interactions on the floor and critical involvement in safety actions. Todd goes above and beyond with his safety communication, including unique and personal anecdotes to help illustrate the importance of staying safe and healthy. Recently, Todd took a moment at a weekly team meeting to remind the team members of 'seasonal safety', specifically hunting & holiday season distraction, including a personal experience. Team members were engaged with the discussion, further illustrating Todd's ability to communicate safety in an effective and approachable manner."
