Bob Chapman honored with Guiding Principles of Leadership Award 

2025 capped off the end of BW Chairman Bob Chapman’s 50 years in the Chief Executive Officer role. (In late September ’25, Bob promoted son Kyle Chapman to the CEO position.) To celebrate the significant milestone, several events were held: a surprise awarding of BW’s most prestigious leadership honor, the Guiding Principles of Leadership Award, to Bob and a special gathering that evening to pay tribute to his extraordinary leadership. CEO Kyle Chapman headlines Gonzaga's Chapman Leadership Week

Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington (US), established "Chapman Leadership Week” last semester and hosted the inaugural Chapman Lecture on Truly Human Leadership, named in honor of BW Chairman Bob Chapman. It was the culmination of a partnership with the university and our BW Outreach team to bring the principles of Truly Human Leadership to their classrooms, as well as their training of educators and staff. BW President and CEO Kyle Chapman was the first to give this address and used the opportunity to talk about how BW is changing the game of business. Family farm preserves 60-year legacy with help from BW Packaging

Coloma Farms, Inc., a family‑owned potato farming and packaging operation in Coloma, WI, (US), recently faced the possibility of shutting down their potato packing component after more than six decades due to an ongoing shortage of reliable labor. Determined to preserve the farm’s legacy, the team turned to BW Packaging for their innovative solutions and expert guidance to revitalize Coloma Farms' operations. Their potato packing shed is now running stronger than ever thanks to its new Symach Mach‑Series palletizer, which has not only eased the manual labor but also ensured the farm can continue serving customers for years to come.

Jinhui Packaging achieves major milestone with BW Papersystems

Dongguan Huang's Jinhui Paper Products Co., Ltd, headquartered in Dongguan City, China, and a leader in corrugated packaging and printing solutions, installed BW Papersystems’ Value Corrugator equipped with the Orchestro Intelligent Management System to expand production capacity, optimize board quality and improve cost control. After two years in operation, Jinhui has successfully achieved these goals, boosted production speed by 10% and doubled its customer base. These advancements have positioned Jinhui as a widely recognized name in the industry. Congratulations to Mariraj for receiving an award for Drives Results. Pin your most used folders for quick access

If you find yourself hopping between the same folders throughout the day, pinning them in File Explorer can save you a surprising amount of time. Just right‑click any frequently used folder and select “Pin to Quick access.” Your pinned folders will appear at the top of the left‑hand navigation pane, giving you one‑click access without digging through layers of directories. It’s especially handy for project folders, shared team locations or anything you open on a daily basis.
