Through the Every Voice Matters cultural assessment many of you shared the desire to see more recognition, and in response to that we encourage everyone, everywhere, to join us here in highlighting all of the great things happening across Barry-Wehmiller.

Matthew Robinson

"I feel relieved and fully supported by Matthew Robinson for fulfilling server administration needs caused by a certificate vendor issue. Matthew missed valuable sleep and time with his family to ensure that the servers affected were taken care of over a several hour period during his off-duty hours in the UK. Because of Matthew's dedication to server support, we experienced no server downtime because of this vendor misstep and now have the ability to document a process to support it in the future. His proactive support in expediting parts and support on logistics activities has been outstanding, and his communication with suppliers is truly commendable. He has worked almost all the weekends to gather data from suppliers and maintain the quality of 99% of our supplies for our group companies. Because of his extended support to expediting and logistics we were able to reach the milestone of $ 2 million in fiscal year 2024, so I would recommend him for this award for his extended support."

"Started with CBS July • First conversations with Duke that I was privy to related to PD work was September • First round of parameters adjusted September  with Maryia Smith • Process transitioned to George Barrett & Greg Ho • Currently have monthly (if not more frequent) discussions with Greg & George regarding their UFMini and UFPilot runs – review parameters with them each time before they press “start separation” • Customer has filled out feedback forms complimenting my willingness to assist as well as provide constant support on a moment’s notice. Relationship with duke has led to initial conversations being held with MaxCyte for potential partnerships and collaborations. Bobby takes the job seriously- I have a sense of confidence that Bobby will perform his best."
